Lady with Water Drips

This piece took over 75 hours to create. Creating each stream of water and each drip took hours to develop them allowing your mind’s eye to envision them as real water running down her face and hair.  Getting the angle and tip of her head was difficult process. This piece was created with an ambitious goal to continue to push the edge of creating with charcoal, but when looking at the this piece you really see her as an actual person.

Created with black charcoal pencils, vine charcoal and black PanPastel on 14” X 17” Strathmore 400 series drawing paper and can be mattted and framed at this size or matted as a 11 X 14 piece.
